Would you describe yourself as a technophobe or technophile?

I think in my line of work, being a technophobe would be a slight hindrance ;)

What’s your number one stress relief tactic (keep it clean!)?

I like to the have the occasional sneaky beer or two.

What’s the one resource you’d never be without?

My smartphone, I never go anywhere without it!

What’s the most obscure business request you’ve ever had?

To go and service a 15 year old computer at the top of a high rise in Surfers which was exposed to the elements.

What’s the most enjoyable element of your work? And the least enjoyable?

Most enjoyable - the varied work we do on any given day.
Least enjoyable - definitely the admin side of the business.

What’s the cheapest, most effective bit of marketing you’ve ever done?

A free entry in the local Yellow Pages landed a client five years ago, they were and still are our biggest client.

What’s the best thing about being a soloist? And the worst thing?

Best thing - Being your own boss. 
Worst Thing - Being your own boss.  I never give myself any days off.

What website do you visit every day?

Various tech-related websites, which I won’t list here, as they would bore the pants off most people.

What do you wear to work?

In summer time, shorts and a polo shirt (branded).
