What or who inspires you the most?
My grandparents. They faced a lot of difficult situations in their life, but they never gave up. They were extremely positive people who kept going and going.
Success stories of business men and women inspire me, too. Actually, they all don't have to be success stories. When I hear of someone who has taken the plunge and has started their own business, I get inspired and it pushes me to work harder.
What’s the one resource you’d never be without?
My iPhone, I can't function without it.
What or who has the most grounding influence on you?
My kids keep me grounded (in their own way).
What’s the most enjoyable element of your work? And the least enjoyable?
The most enjoyable has to be adding new activities to my website, because new activities means new clients. The most boring and least enjoyable has to be accounting.
What talent do you most wish you possessed?
I wish I could sing - I wish, I wish, I wish.
What inspires you most about your work?
The phone calls I get from parents who have found what they are after for their kids - their compliments about my site makes me happy and pushes me forward.
What do you wear to work?
I work from home, so most of the time I am in pyjamas.
What do you love most about running your own business?
Freedom, flexibiliy and making decisions about the direction of my business.
How would you describe yourself in three adjectives?
Compassionate, organised and cheerful.
