When meeting someone, would you rather they thought you were charming or mysterious? Why?
Charming, because being charming is showing someone you are interested and listening to them, this is really important as a tax accountant.
What or who inspires you the most?
Kids.
What or who has the most grounding influence on you?
Husband.
What’s the biggest challenge you face at work?
Keeping up to date with all the legislative changes.
What’s the best thing about being a soloist? And the worst thing?
Best thing: I am my own boss.
Worst thing: Remembering to say NO.
What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
Don’t be a martyr - you can’t do everything. Stick to your core business and outsource the rest.
What would be your advice to aspiring soloists?
Make a business plan and keep your plan up to date, it helps you stick to your goals.
What inspires you most about your work?
Seeing my clients businesses take off.
If you could pick anyone to be your personal assistant, who would it be and why?
